What has this to do with being a good neighbor?
Even Pakistan has something like $1 or 2 billion trade with india, China has even more, but that does not change the fact that india is the worst neighbor in the whole world. Hardly a day passes when one or the other neighbor asks india to behave. Look at today:

Yeah again some “welfare” programs by india. Why don’t they start from their own country where more than 300 million are living under poverty line?

india is THE WORST neighbor in the world. All neighbors of india should join hands to start “welfare” projects near indian border!!
This is not the india Mohandas Karamchand always tried to portray to the world.
