Re: Is it a Speech of Awami Leader ?

Right After this speech Zardari went to Bilawal and said

Agar Adalat BB ke Qatilon ko Phansi de day to tum yateem bhe ho jayogay

Re: Is it a Speech of Awami Leader ?

Bilawal is an idiot. He thinks that the SC should not make decisions about things that affect 18 crore people, but should rather make decisions only regarding his criminal mother. Typical waderay ka beta.

Re: Is it a Speech of Awami Leader ?

He is on a collision course with the judiciary which does not bode well for his future. Zardari has already dented the party like never before. He must not spoil the career of his son by laying out wrong policies.

Secondly, Bilawal is an Oxford graduate and I expect him to analyse things on his own instead of acting out scripts written by his father. First impression is the last impression. The sooner he mends his ways the better.

Re: Is it a Speech of Awami Leader ?

Because he knows that his dead mother is only qualification he has .

Re: Is it a Speech of Awami Leader ?

Agreed with first part but 2nd part is bit harsh!

Re: Is it a Speech of Awami Leader ?

pehlay shauhar ne biwi ki maut ko 'cash-in' kia aur ab beta chalay hay apni maan ki maut ko apnay political career ki pehli seerhi (first step) bananay, shabash, bari qadar hay tumhayn apni maan ki iss liye 5 saal chup kar ke bethay rahay.

Re: Is it a Speech of Awami Leader ?

You can support a son of a corrupt ,puppet , bad character dirty one , but can not support one leading his party because he is not from your area .

Re: Is it a Speech of Awami Leader ?

Its funny how you compare the greatest leader of current era, Bilawal Bhutto with someone who is not going to win more than 10 seats in elections.

What is his qualification to lead a party except his adopted last name? Its funny how leaders and members of peoples party who have been with the party for decades would worship Bilawal only because his mother said so in her will.

Yeh des hai andhay logon ka, aey chand yahan na nikla ker

Re: Is it a Speech of Awami Leader ?

Whose fault is this? When you kill legal elected PM, killed his daughter and other children, you have created deities. Hadn't Bhuttos killed by ..., you would have faced different scenario. Bear the responsibility and repercussions of killing Bhuttos instead of defeating them in political arena.

Re: Is it a Speech of Awami Leader ?

Id rather call it the blunt truth. She was a convicted person.

Imran is not from my area either. As far as his character is concerned, it is an open book, not one that hides behind white dupattas, or pilgrimages to mazars. We have already agreed that personal life issues are a non-issue in politics, otherwise there is tons of scandalous rubbish out there regarding PPP leaders that can be used as a weapon, but since personal lives are not an issue, hence I will not stoop to that level.

Bilawal should have had some guts to say that he is not yet suited for this role...that he would start at the local level, move on to provincial gradually, and then enter national politics.
If you get a chance, do search for a video clip where Benazir was recorded saying the exact same thing regarding Bilawal and his possible entry into politics. She specifically said that he is too young. He needs to study, get local experience, get married, have kids, learn to bear responsibility, and then think of politics.

Re: Is it a Speech of Awami Leader ?

Only if the Bhuttos were actually fighting the establishment and doing something for the country and people your words would make sense, otherwise people making NRO deals, begging US for another chance, coming back to party only when promised "lifetime leader" are not true/sincere leaders.

Re: Is it a Speech of Awami Leader ?

Bhuttos have always fought tough wars against establishment and hence illegally sent home and killed. They could not control army because of still most powerful entity in Pakistan. Establishment has always targeted Bhuttos, no other leader have been killed in last three or four decades. Name some one who belongs to Punjab?

Re: Is it a Speech of Awami Leader ?

I won't say much about Bilawal as he didn't say what he meant, what he thought or what he felt. It was all pre planned, pre written speech delivered by Bilawal on his launching ceremony, he said what Zardari asked him to so his speech was hardly important unless u r a jayala excited about fresh prince.
