anything that can intoxicate you in large quantity isnt allowed in frugal amount either. but check it up with knowledgable resources. guppistan is fun and joy not pedantic

nasha koi bhi hoo haraam hay alcohal islaam main is liye hi manah ki gayi hay ke us se nasha hota hay aur nashay main insaan sab kuch bhool jata hay apnay beganay even ke Allah ko bhi and Allah dont like this. basacly geting drun is haram not drinking alcohal cuz alcohal is a part of medication too.

I have difficulty accepting the fact that u have asked such a Q, either maintaining creed of not knowing anything at all about alcohol and its place in Islam, or are just trying to annoy a few guys here...
Well, whatever the case, i'll give my two cents... ANYTHING that has anything to do with alcohol production, from it's packaging to its distribution, all the way to the drinker, the server, the guy who recommended... whoever...whatever... are infact doing harm to themselves, as Its explicitly written that they are all beyond the limitations of religion, hence are going to be punished... very strictly... hence strictly forbidden...
And as alcohol has also been termed as "Ummu-ul-khabais" ... yaani... mother of all filth... so i guess that term itself is enough.

I had beer in Pakistan, but it was one of those "non-alcoholic" beers. It had 0.5% alcohol in it.

I don't think it had 0.5 % or any in it.
We have those in Gulf, in KSA... and other parts, but mostly they have 0%. Either a beer is alcoholic, and NON-alcoholic. So if u had NON-alcoholic, how the hell it has 0.5 % in it.

Non alcoholic means 0% alcohol.. if it has even 0.5 percent it is alcoholic.. what was the name of this beer that u had in pakistan?
btw i have tasted beer and it tastes yuck and made me vomit.. how come u drank it ?

it said it right on the can. it said it was non-alcholic and that it had 0.5% alcohol content. I'm not making this up.

i had it in lahore. it was from a bakery. they had "non-alcoholic" beers in almost all bakeries. I don't know if it was imported or not. I am 100% sure that many non-alcoholic products sold in bakeries did say something like 0.5% alcohol.

OK tt you might be right. Non alcoholic beer is also called low alcoholic beer because it has alcohol level less than 0.5 percent or 0.5 percent. Anything that has more than 0.5 percent of alcohol is alcoholic beer!

TT I drink non alcoholic beers, wines, malt beverages all the time:cb:.. Like barbican, holsten, murree brewery beer, chardonney etc etc etc… 
i even made a painting using beer instead of turpentine oil to mix the paints!
