Fetish ? Yes it can be defined as fetish.
Young boys look for older women and young girls want older married men attention. They both want to grow fast and learn fast!
Single men find married women attractive for:
1- They are more available and have freedom while husband is away or at work. They can drive freely. Spend money on their own as well.
2- These women may be not happy with or satisfied with their married lives. They may not be getting the attention any more than what they were getting in early days of marriage.
Many husband either live far away from family for work or have too many trips abroad which leaves these women look for alternative route.
3- They are more experienced and younger or single boys look for 'comfort' in their company.
4- Women find single men more flexible than their husbands who may be too strict.
5- Both are responsible and both may find the idea exciting as well as non-committing.
RV carefully tried to put blame on men perhaps because of the title and question is also biased.
