as for Israel, you are right, they are not gonna sit by and let Iran make nukes
but the problem is only USA can strategically bomb Iran and its nuclear facilities and Israel lacks the naval assets to do that such as the US Air Craft Carriers and B-52 Bombers and even Tactical Nukes
