I am fairly busy at work but I like coming to gupistan when I want to waste time to check out Religion and Politics.

I am confident that more than few people in politics are typing from a mental institution.

Well, thanks for your nice feedback. I have other friends in US, they chose each other through inter-net and they are happily married with kids. Its not all that are unfortunate.
In crises, our real nature and strenghts comes out. Depending on coping strategies and mastering your mind…any can jump over the tough hurdles/personel failures. I have new friends on net, but to a limit.

I have also seen some guys meeting up on internet and ending up getting married. I think it depends on how you play the game, as long as you dont let the game play you. Hardships makes us strong and through failure comes great success.

Emotionally confused persons will always end up hurting other people regardless if its the net, arranged marriage or marriage of own liking. Crises makes you face your inner beliefs and demons. That can never be bad.
Chatting? Been there, done that. Yup, very addictive if you let it....lol I try to limit the usage of puter by using it only at work.

So far as how "powerful" it is. The "draw" of the net is proportional to a persons mental and social health at any given moment in time.
