yes I do.. and believe me I am much better connected than a lot of other guys.. These cases of corruption and bureaucratic hurdles are every where in the world. You can not imagine how one of my friend was treated in Italy by the financial police and eventually how they extracted bribe from him to settle the matter..
Compared to that we live in a heaven..
