Im addicted to humous..is it fattening?

I have it with cucumber and carrots as dips, so cant be that bad right?

yes it is ... both tahina and white channa's are very fattening
plus if you take olive oil with it , that too is fattening ..

I love it too ... Tabu ... but kia karein ..

I like to take black tea with fresh lemon juice squeezed in it early morning almost every day.. that cuts the fat ... but still try not to take humous in large quantities in one sitting ...

yeah it is , Olive is known for helping in maintaining youthful looks ...
olive oil is much easier for the body to digest as compared to other type of oils ...i.e vege oil and etc etc ..

sara more like everything we eat is fattening.. I think in this day and age, we are so concerned about fattening that we are missing out on the taste of life. Allah made all these yummy treats available to us to enjoy not to look at run away .. eat whatever you want, but be active.. balance is the key.. not starvation..

so now go and eat as much humous as you want and then walk, play and enjoy life!

try making your own, then u can control the fat content/calories, grind those chickpeas girl

you can make a fat free varsion , with garlic and chillies or flavours you like best
