I don't have HUM tv...can you give an example of what the case really is? Overall I think that Pakistani dramas are really bold; you can't watch it with kids etc. Plus the language is also non-suitable as well as story line....why oh why? Ok, people can have their opinions on Iran but the serials that come on the state-owned Iranian channel from Tehran are so clean...pakistani directors can learn a trick or two from them

well they dont show anything that isnt reality in pakistan already and pakistanis can watch such dirty filmy movies from india and our pathetic pakistani channels show the nudity of the indian songs every ten seconds...so my personal opinion is that hum tv yeah it has a more mature audience i mean usually only aunties watch these dramas anyways and those dramas are so realistic that type of stuff has been going on in our society for so long but it is being shown for the first time now and in a very telefilm type of way...unlike geo which produces carbon copies of starplus's****
but before people say that we need to control pakistani content i think that bolly content should be banned cuz they are the things ruining our people not stuff like hum tv cuz in all actuality there is not a huge market for hum anyways...

^ Agreed. Compared to what is played on most Pakistani televisions, all of the big Pakistani networks play fairly conservative stuff. If you think Hum TV is bold, you really need to move to Saudi or something. Ridiculous thread.

^ Thank you. Seriously, some tv shows are not meant to be watched with the whole family, especially with younger kids. If your really offended by the material and your an adult, then stick to kids' cartoons.
From what I have seen, most Pakistani parents have no problem with their kids watching bollywood films intended for adults and most houses have access to cable that have world wide channels with all sorts of stuff including adult material.

yea how come its okay when families allow bollywood movies and songs that talk bout getting into the baahein of a chick. but when you see sadia imam without a dupatta its ADULT content? WTF?
really if you bothered to watch TV someone should have told u to be prepared for BOLD stuff just like u were prepared when you first got connected to the Internet.
