For Pakistani's, if u can't see a layer of oil an inch above the "real" gravy it's not yummy..
If u don't kill the salan by "bhooning" it, it's not yummy!
If u don't over-do the mirchi, it's not yummy!

u know the middle eastern food being healthy is true in some ways
although some may say when you pick grilled food over slow cooked food, meats really, you are increasing your risk for cancer. but here we are focused on fats.
I do believe that middle eastern food in general is healthier than sterotypical desi food (rather how its cooked)
what it does not explain is..why are ppl in middle east overweight in general.
