before i use it as an argument to people i wanna make sure what i’m saying is right. is wearing a scarf on ur head the most crucial part of hijab according to the quran? bc as far as i remember its ur figure that needs to be covered. and not just the skin, but the shape of ur figure should not show either. if this is true, then why r the girls who wear a scarf on their head, but wear extremly tight clothing considered hijabi, and not the girls who dont cover their hair but cover everything else up not considered hijabi? even though they r doing more hijab then the girl who lets it all hang out with a scarf on her hair. is their some quranic reason why people consider wearing a sacrf so much more important then covering up. why is that all u need to do be considered a hijabi is wear a sacrf, nothing else matters? i know that the right person, is the one who does both and not just one. but when the world picked, why did they pick the hair to be so much more important, is there a quranic reason to it? ne help and references/links would be greatly appreciated. bc im not sure where i should do my research on this. thanx

As far as I know and as far as I have heard from my teachers the hijaab is the whole package and not just the head scarf.

Dear brothers and their sisters of Islam,
Islam is common sense. It's utterly based on TRUTH. You know it's a sin to steal, to commit fraud, lie, etc. Same story with this hijab topic.
I agree with you about how some girls wear hijabs and have extremely tight clothes on. To be honest I think the girls who don't wear it at all are better off then those who do. WHY? Well because it causes a lot more attention and those who aren't even looking tend to look. Plus now days its all just fashion, if they really want to they would do it the correct way which is not to reveal their beauty.
I remember reading a while ago about how our prophet was walking with (some lady I can't remember whom) and he said stop, let me walk in front of you. Women were designed as honey and men were designed as bees. We want honey and if its visible, a very few will ignore it, most of them will think about it, and a lot of them would want it.
