I have some family members living in canada for 20 years and some have migrated recently. I am told that Canada is so so cheap. My relatives back in Pakistan send them money and they send things like MK and other designers bags, Watches, perfumes, make upetc. Apparently everything is so cheap.
I went to purchase MK bag for $520 in Aus but than i am told its under $200 in canada. I gt Mark jacobs watch for $380 and i am told its $180. I feel very bad that in spent so much more than its real worth. Currency rate is nearly same…slight up or down in few dollars.
Is this true?. Why would MK or other designers would sell so cheap?.
Which bag? If you post a picture and name of specific items, people in Canada (and even in the U.S.) can easily tell you how much it sells for over here.
P.S. I know for sure make-up is much cheaper in the U.S. compared to Australia.
Michael Kors site is selling this right now for $250 in the U.S. Looks like it was last year’s model b/c other major retailers like Macy’s, Saks etc. don’t have it anymore. Initial retail price was $358.
