Is British sense of humour

Yeh that’s her…she is so funny! She should be on the BBC more  It will make the licence fee worth it

Comedy back in the day…:hinna:…the real McCoy was a real gem… just for the fellow oldies out there:

Foetuses: You may not find the above funny… but it’s nostalgic for me :snooty:

Re: Is British sense of humour

Little Britain!!! Omg! How could we frogettt?! Beautiful-ness :jano:

Re: Is British sense of humour

I don’t know how, when, why…but I can recollect the Real McCoy :konfused:

Says the only gay in the village.

Re: Is British sense of humour

Didlirani - You’re an oldie in disguise eh?? :hmmm:

Little Britain - i used to watch it, but then it got a teeny bit too disgusting..

  • like the 40 year old guy who still get brest-fed by his mother (I want bitty…barf)

  • or the womans institute member, who pukes all the time…

  • or the old woman, who doesn’t have any control over her bladder, and urinated without knowing…

  • OR… Bubbles daaahhllling… full frontal…eek

what did I tell you about Britt humor .. its either reproductive system or Digestive system …:nahi:

Re: Is British sense of humour

I do lov the catherine tate show an also phone jacker is hilarious…

Re: Is British sense of humour

TLK - Did you ever catch Little Britain? I know they took it over to the States, but i wonder if they kept the original sketches… or mellowed them down for the yanks? :hmmm

X2 - i can’t seem to recall that clip… :konfused:…désolée…

CE: Catherine tate’s pretty funny… i love the nan!! But find the phone jacker, with the nigerian fraudster, creepy! :frowning:

I dont watch TV too much Maroush, I am in this thread just to help the conversation going, .. :D

I like all kind of humor. My test of real humor; if I can sit with my daughter or wife or sister and enjoy it as much then that is real humor ..

everything else is just phakkar baazi then

I don't recall a show like that in US maroush - what year was it on?

Maroush- No..I am 21, nearly 22 but I still recall it.

Oh and I found Little Britain quite obnoxious at times:vivo:

Re: Is British sense of humour

NJ - Little Britain is a new-ish comedy… it should be playing in the States … now??

DDR - I agree…it’s too OTT now, but i still laugh when i see Vicki Pollard… she’s a pretty accurate representation of the youth today na? :hehe:

PS: I don’t think i should call you DDR, cos it reminds me of the dance game Dance Dance Revolution and then it makes me think you’re a teeny bopper jumping about and dancing in the arcades, and ok i’ll stop.

Re: Is British sense of humour

Vicky Pollard is an ASBO teen queen. Obnoxious, ill mannered, rude and uncouth. We can still live in hope that all children will not aspire to be her :hehe:

Ji, sadly I am not a teeny bopper officially, but I do partake in DDR activites now and then:fatee:

Re: Is British sense of humour

I think it was Hilarious**
