Pregnacare is a prenatal vitamin brand. Prenatal vitamins can be important for improving preconception reproductive health. This is not a medication that actually helps you conceive ... rather it helps prepare your body for a healthy pregnancy once you have conceived.

Ideally you should start taking prenatal vitamins and folic acid 3 months before you start trying to conceive, to give your body enough time to build up. But ya, as mentioned it isnt to actually *help *you conceive, but to get your body ready for when you do inshallah

I took Pregnacare Conception version and now the Pregnancy one. Its good because it has the required amount of folic acid and other vitamins you need.
