I’m a pescetarian I’ve never posted here but one of my blog readers sent me a link to here hoping I could help.
Soo yes, I’m a pescetarian - meaning I eat fish but no other meat (chicken, lamb, etc).

Tofu is great - it IS bland but it’s bland because you’re supposed to flavour it anyway you want. You can marinate it overnight if you wish. My sister makes “Palak Tofu” sometimes instead of paneer (I’m not a fan of paneer)… and we often use it in pasta’s/stirfry’s instead of meat.

I recently got married and my mother in law decided to try it… she cooked it with tomatos and stuff and it tasted just like scrambled eggs Since it’s Ramadan, you can also try Tofu pakoray! My MIL tried it and even the boys liked it

Other than that, good sources of protein are: Quinoa, Barley (and other whole grains), beans/lentils, nuts (add cashews etc to stir frys), any soy product like tempeh
