It is my understanding that for meat to be halal it isnt a requirement for the kalma to be read over it…that is mandoob…rather the specific requirement which makes meat halal is that it is slaughtered…
Hence this is what makes kosher meat halal for us…
So if this is correct…naturally correct me if i am wrong…then meat in the US…Canada…other non-Muslim countries is halal…cos from my understanding…only the UK and Europe actually electrocute their meat…rather than slaughter it…
So is the Big Mac and Chicken Royale halal in your area?
