His action came under scrutiny early on and it has been cleared by the ICC. So according to ICC rules he is fine. Jalnay walay jaltay rahain.

The doosra CANNOT be bowled without some degree of bend in the elbow. ICC now allows 15 degrees bent, so it's all kosher.
