well what is a moroccan bath?

As for waxing, well i m really confused. I have often asked this question and so far not been able to get a satisfactory answer. Yes, you have to have pardah from other women too, however the question is WHO or HOW will you get your waxing done on your own? I believe some people can manage it on their own but its not something everyone can do.

So maybe I can shed some light by giving an example of another ruling of Shariah. Circumcisions in males is Sunnat, but guarding your privates is Farz. That is why for a adult male convert to islam, circumcision is not required unless he can do it himself or have his wife do it for him, as he has to expose himself in front of a na-mehram.

Exposing yourself in front of a na-mehram is allowed only to protect your life (for instance in case of illness, in front of a doctor)

I didn't said she's scholar but I think her knowledge in Islam is greater than my knowledge + some questions related to females can be well answered by females. That is why I referred OP.

Isn't circumcision performed by doctors ? There are no naai's in the West.

jujst because its performed by doctors does not make it a must as its not a life/death situation

As far as staying on topic, I didn't bring up the proposition of wives performing circumcisions on their husbands.

Some other scholar may give you the answer you are looking for.

Time for ijtihaad ? Or does it not apply in this situation ?

well that is what I hoped…maybe it was permissable by another school of thought or scholar with the reasons as to why it was permissable but TLK’s example shed some light on the issue.

That maybe just maybe a school of thought allowed it :bummer:

Lp * i think * if a girl getting wax from other women, ONLY because of her husband not for the sake of fashion..then I think it's ok...

Coz it's same like nail polish/makeup they not permitted if we are doing it to show na-mohrams..but for husband is allowed.
