1.) Please reread my post. And look for the words “as soon as his circumstances allow him to/financial stability”. I don’t know who to blame for your comprehension issues.

2.) Anyhow, you’re not at fault. It’s a trend to classify obvious statements as “assumptions” and collected conclusions as “generalizations”.
