Can you explain what do you mean by 'irregular'? How old are you?

28, means my cycle was 25 days but last time it was 21 now 10 days and its six day but bleeding is like 2nd day

Since you already have gotten an ultrasound done and no abnormality was detected on it, I suggest you take two tablets of ibuprofen/advil. It will take care of the heavy bleeding within a couple of hours.
