Re: iron /vitamis for hairs
fish oil is really good for hair!
biotin tablets are also really good for hair
Re: iron /vitamis for hairs
My doctor recc. I take Iron supplements for my hair, and I didn't notice any problems like that. It's taking a really looooonnnngggg time, but I see a very small difference...it may also be the shampoo your using. When i used pantine..all my hair would fall out...so i stoped and switched to something more gentle and its much better than before.
Re: iron /vitamis for hairs
It will take some time to see the difference with the supplements. Just be patient :)
Re: iron /vitamis for hairs
have you noticed any changes in the length of your arms?
have you noticed any changes in the length of your arms?
yes will reach your neck soon :p
If you’re suffering from loss of hair from your scalp but an increase in the thickness and length of hair elsewhere on your body, I’d consider heading to your Physician or Endocrinologist to ascertain if it’s the result of a hormonal imbalance/disorder.
by thicker u mean: individual strands r getting thicker in size
Or that there is more growth??
no amount of vit intake can ever increase the thickness of individual strands.
at the same time ur losing hair frm ur scalp…
get some blood work done cud be harmonal.

what are they called if u dont mind me asking? I bought them Vita something from Boots and they are HUGGEEEEEE, so hard to swallow :S i took abt two then forgot to carry on with the course
Wash & Go/Pantene etc always makes my hair fall out even more, I've started using cheap Tesco 99p coconut shampoo and conditioner now, just to keep everything light. I think sometimes the more expensive brands with heavy chemicals can be harsh on my scalp or whatever
