Ironically, these acts of demonstration by the people of Fallujah are are a result of the culture of freedom in Iraq, which is only possible now because of the removal of Saddam Hussein and his brutal dictatorship. The people elected their leadership, and hence the government is serving its people instead of a dictator reaping benefits while the people suffer. Now the people of Iraq have a voice, can play their significant role in society, and can help push for the progress and development of their country.
          Why blame the historical sectarian violence that has existed, and still exists in the Middle East, on the United States? The sectarian divide in Iraq has always existed and was perpetuated by Saddam Hussein through his brutal treatment and oppression of the ****es, the Kurds and all those who opposed his rule.  A united, stable and peaceful Iraq is in the best interest of the United States and the rest of the increasingly interdependent world.  
We have been transparent in our plans to build an embassy in Iraq as part of our commitment to the Iraqi people and to the region. This is a sign of our transition from a military-dominated approach to a diplomacy-driven one, where we are supporting the development of a free and progressive Iraq through our embassy. We have kept our pledges and have withdrawn our troops from the Iraqi soil, as our president had vowed.

Burning flags is symbolic and is what the people can show as their anger towards the american occupiers.

The puppet iraqi government signed the oil contracts for peanuts to USA incorporated who control every part of iraq top to bottom.
