Malik, I suggest you learn to read. This wasn't done in cold blood but because they thought they were being attacked. Rational people see a difference between deliberately killing innocent people and making a mistake.

man these americans are very good that THINKING without using their brains. they THOUGHT al-qaeda was behind 911. they THOUGHT saddam had WMD. they THOUGHT terrorists were behind anthrax attacts. lots of thinking without any brain involvement. :~)
rational ppl? let me guess, most of these RATIONAL ppl reside in USA rite? boy americans are very good at making MISTAKES. kill a few thousands and then call it a MISTAKE. why can't you accept then that 911 was also a mistake. wht abt the families that have been killed by USA solders so far? all that was MISTAKE aswell? giving isreal billions of dollars to kill palestinians a MISTAKE aswell? :~)
in my humble view, columbus's discovery of USA was the BIGGEST mistake. :~)

Yes, but even mistakes have causes. Why did this mistake occur and how can we prevent such things in the future?
Ah yes, a bunch of trigger happy rednecks releasing their frustration on an unfortunate Iraqi family. Look, these U.S. soldiers don't understand Arabic and have no idea of Iraqi culture and religion. They are in a country where the people don't want them there. Combined with the heat and frustration of not being back home yet, you are left with a bunch of angry young men with guns in their hands. The result is more innocent loss of life.
