A suicide bomber has detonated a truck bomb on a bridge in Baghdad, killing at least 10 people and injuring 26 others, according to hospital officials. …

The attack happened during the morning rush hour on al-Sarafiya Bridge which connects the al-Atafiyah neighbourhood, on the western bank of the Tigris, to the neighbourhood of Waziriya on the eastern bank.

Perhaps they should leave, then there can be mass bombings like this everyday you can celebrate.

Americans left Vietnam didn't they? How many South Vietnamese got slaughtered?

You have a flair for bringing up comparisons that have no relationship to another. The situation in Vietnam was nothing like the sectarian/power struggle going on in Iraq today.

^ Maybe if you picked up a history book, then you might just realise it was between North and South Vietnam.

Just like the Americans were supported the South Yemenese against the North but all in vain. Sad.

Why does it matter why the violence occurred? Whether due to sectarian or other reason, isn't it the DUTY of the government to keep law and order? How is it justified that more people died after US went in to Iraq than under Saddam? Don't justify the unjustifiable. I hate it when people say "I killed you but trust me, I only had good intentions"
