The Education, Mobilization, and Communication (EMC) Division of CAII
supports the realization of human potential by increasing educational
participation, equity, quality, and access across barriers. EMS works
with Ministries of Education, communities, and local partners to
catalyze change and support reforms so that educational benefits extend
to all in society. EMC offers training and technical support that
improves teacher performance, management of the learning environment,
and educational outcomes.SUMMARY
The Management Associate will manage project activities. This position
is based in Washington, DC and may require some international travel.REPORTING & SUPERVISION
The Management Associate will report to the Project Director (RISE).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and implements systems for the RISE Project.
- Provides direction, administrative and management support, and
oversight to the RISE Project.- Coordinates with field staff for the successful, timely completion of
project tasks.- Orients and supports teams of consultants; coordinates interventions
with Washington/field-based consultants and USAID.- Maintains regular communication with project counterparts at USAID.
- Monitors program performance and develops regular project reports.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPOMSIBILITIES
- Represents the firm and the RISE Project to the client and other
constituencies.- Keeps abreast of trends, research, and new thinking concerning

related to religious freedom and other human rights in the Muslim world,
including the relationship between Islam and human rights, and
