Well Umm Qasr in control of allied forces on first day and yes there were thousands of Iraqis with open arms and flowers greeting US/UK forces, but right then some damned person called and woke up BUSH.... poor guy couldn't see the end.
The BBC is flashing news that the Pentagon has confirrmed that one of their marine helicopters has come down in southern Iraq. Apparentely it crashed near a forward supply line killing three US soldiers.
SOUTHERN IRAQ - A Marine UH-1 Huey helicopter crashed at a forward supply and refueling point in southern Iraq (news - web sites) on Sunday, killing three people aboard, the U.S. military said.
The cause of the 8:30 p.m. crash was unclear.
One person was wounded, said a spokesman, 1st Lt. John Niemann, in Kuwait.
It was not clear if all four casualties were Marines. Only four people were believed to be aboard the helicopter, which had been taking off on a support mission.
Also in other news, Iraq has claimed to have shot down an American helicopter and the pilot dead. Along with the shot helicopter, there was another helicopter which eventually flew away after the first one was shot down by Iraqi fire.
Shoting down US Apache helicopter is one thing but the most interesting thing to watch at this war is how the Iraqi's using the SAT system to jam the US GPS system so that the US missiles are missing their actual target. ;)

Malik bhai sure it is interesting enough but I don't have a link I found out from some internal source. My only prove is the news showing how the missiles falling in Iran, Kuwait and so on. Its a fact that through the SAT one can jam the GSM system :).
