So much for precision bombing.
This is naked agression and terrorism by America.

Someone on a news station stated that this was collateral damage. *******s. This is terrorism. One of the injured looked to be a boy about 14, 15; his head was wrapped in bandages. He had blood trickling down one side of his head and he looked completely bewildered.
Imagine if Iraq had shot a cruise missile into a residential market area in Minnesota - would it have been collateral damage then?

Oooohhh my bad habit is rubbing off on Nadia :p
i am so angry, my fingers are shaking. How dare she call it collateral damage. It's terrorism plain and simple. i wish these armchair generals and pundits on tv would have to go live in one of these residential marketplaces themselves, or better yet send your kids there. Then we'll see how easily you are able to call the loss of civilian life "collateral damage".
News stations should not call it collateral damage but what it is that being civilian deaths. But it is not terrorism plan and simple. The U.S. does not aim to kill civilians as this only hurts them as well and in the end could lead to a failure of what they are trying to achieve. This is a tragedy brought on by war.
But Nadia! 3000 Americans died on September 11, 2001! Remember why we are fighting this war! These people are sacrifising now so we never have to witness another 9/11!
That sure is an odd concept of life and death, eh? Also in America during 2001: "91,000 died in accidents; and 19,000 were murdered by homegrown criminals. In addition, about 2 million Americans died of various natural causes. There are 6 billion people on this planet. Do you know how many were killed in 2001 by terrorists in addition to the 3,000? Just 409. Of all the things you can worry about, being killed by a terrorist is one of the least."
But those 3000 are sorely missed more than all others...
It is terrorism plain and simple.

you know those war making generals have no knowledge of the world apart from looking at it on their maps. Those suckers are living in a luxuary where their own childern are secure and protected by the police, payed by the tax payers. I bet they did not have history lessons in their schools (as we know how pathetic the world history is tought in the american high schools) they are living in a fools world, i dream of the day when those high nose, untouchable generals get defeated and kicked by the normal masses..
did u read 'the farm' by ?? the pigs were in control, thats whats happening in USA right, THE PIGS ARE INDEED IN CONTROL.
UTD: It being a war of choice and not necessity places the blame for all that occurs during it on those who chose.

You are fighting this war for oil.
You are fighting this war to secure Israeli borders.
You are not fighting this war to liberate the Iraqi people.
You are not fighting this war against terrorism, you are spreading terrorism through your armed forces.

A very interesting reply Spoon. Thanks.
Now all sorts of atrocities are justifiable in the name of those 3000 (people of ALL backgrounds) that died in the US. It seems like some sick sort of human scale - 3000 died in the US on that day, so we must avenge their deaths by committing another atrocity somewhere else.
Sadi :k: Metaphorically speaking, George Orwell’s pigs are truly in control right now. i change the channel every time i see one of these swaggering armchair generals come on tv. Last night i almost threw up when i saw one of my former professors on tv, discussing the tactics of ‘shock-and-awe’ :yukh: i wish i could have sent him to Baghdad so he can sit there and talk about his glorious military tactics while he has cruise missiles raining down on his head. All these people make me sick.
ah. The US has now admitted that it attacked “missile installations” in a residential area in Baghdad.
Meanwhile, BBC’s Rageh Omar: “It’s impossible to say what could have been a military target in this area”. Source.
Friendly bombs guyz friendly bombs on friendly civilians.
Like the friendly planes crashed into the friendly towers.
Remember?!
British Defense guy Geoff Hoon pathetically and cowardly made no mention of the market bombing in the parliment. ![]()
Guys their bombs NEVER miss the aim sarcastic…how could you ever believe that a friendly bomb can kill people … the pentagon is saying that it was a part of iraqi bomb which fell on the market. ![]()
Nadia, yes i was speaking of The Animal Farm by George Orwell a beautifully written book :k:
An iraqi bomb? A Saddam type A1 or what?
Fools!
