Bahrain doesn’t have anything to do with Syria. The level of atrocities perpetuated by this Assad regime is unparalleled for the Arab Spring. At the very least the Assad regime has to go – the longer it stays in power the more extremists will join the war and gain greater power. When (not if) the Assad Regime falters and attempts to evacuate to the rump state of Latakia, Syria’s multisectarian social fabric will have completely disintegrated.

This is a war between Iran and KSA, everyone else is a proxy.
