QUETTA: Iran has shut its border with Pakistan as latter’s authorities took three Iranians in to custody over alleged cross-border attack, killing one Pakistani citizen, BBC Urdu said in a report.
Earlier, the incident took place when the Iranians reached Mazan Sar Mashkail, in Washuk district, three kilometres (1.8miles) inside Pakistan where they opened fire on a vehicle they were chasing, according to officials in Balochistan province.
All three personnel of Iranian border security force were taken into
custody for their penetration inside Pakistan and killing a Pakistani national on our soil", Saeed Ahmad Jamali, Deputy Commissioner of Washuk district told AFP.
A Pakistani national was killed and his brother was wounded by gunshots in the incident, he added.

it's no big deal, raymond davies shot dead a muslim brother in cold blood and shot several others in a bazaar in front of hundreds of witnesses and pakistan government put him in 5 star hotel and then fly him 1st class back to america.
When the pak government sell us for peanuts to america and doesn't respect itself or its people don't be surprised when others treat us like we nothing also.

Iran will probably get out of this the same way that Raymond Davis did. Pay a couple of million to the dead person's family and buy the get-out-of-jail free card.

This loophole has to be plugged. The lenience in Shariah is not there for the exploiting like some kind of a law code. If the victim's family is truly not willing to pardon, the Govt. or Agencies should not force the family to accept the offer.

^^ What were they doing on the Pakistani side of the border? walk in the park?
They were chasing the vehicle of two Pakistani men who entered Iranian border and were, apparently smugglers or belonged to the terrorists group Jundullah. There aren't any clear reports yet.

there is no loophole....
decision to accept bloodmoney or not is granted to relatives of the victim....
But pakistani govt. encroach upon rights of victim's family....
After accepting the money, the family seems to have kept quiet and kept it. It seems that they were making a big deal about not accepting money until after they saw how much was being offered.
