Why would Arab states get 3rd rate technology from Iran and increase Iranian and Shia influence in their countries when they have other alternatives like USA, Russia, England and France, Canada, India, China and Pakistan?

What is the criteria of rating that technology? How do we know that its 3rd rated

Because they don't. The only alternatives are between Russian (i.e. Iranian) and Chinese/Dutch (i.e. Pakistani) technologies.

These technologies are not new to any country. Example The Germans were making it, then the Russians apparently took components from Berlin to produce the bomb, the Americans took German scientists, and so it goes on. Pakistan's bomb was the culmination of such events too. the centrifuge design might have been based off a URENCO design, it's difficult to say for sure, but there's a lot of other stuff that goes into producing the bomb. The Plutonium ones are of course a completely different design altogether.

Because the Heavy Water, the Nuclear Rods, the Enrichment Process that Iran is building is very primitive designs.

But ya overall,

Iran getting a nuclear weapon is a very dangerous thing because it is going to use it for offensive purposes and not defensive purposes.

A man even more stupider than Ahmedinijad can get elected to be President and he might be crazy enough to launch a nuclear strike on Israel and then see Iran being destroyed and then will claim from his under ground nuclear proof bunker that all of the Iranian people are martyr's

Or he could give the Nuke to Hezbollah and they could fire that Israel and destroy it and when Israel attacks Lebanon they can claim they are all martyr's

A Nuclear Weapon in the hands of those people who hate Jews more than they love live is a very very dangerous thing and will lead to a nuclear holocaust

If Arab countries get nukes, it is my opninion there will be some type of nuclear conflict in the not too distant future. Many people will die, those that believe in the afterlife as I described will compromise many of the dead. What’s racist about that?

actually its the spend nuclear fuel which can be used to make nuclear bombs

as nuclear waste is going to be enriched in centrifuges and that enrichment could led to uranium 235 which is enough weapon grade material for a nuclear bomb
