**Ahmadinejad hails Pakistan **

Tehran, Sept 23 - President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Pakistan’s support for Iran’s lawful rights in the International Atomic Energy Agency is a token of the existing grave friendly ties between the two countries. Ahmadinejad made the remark during a phone conversation with his Pakistani counterpart Pervez Musharraf late Thursday. The President recalled his meeting with Musharraf on the sidelines of the UN summit in New York recently and said that he believed the Islamabad’s positions have created a brilliant perspective for bilateral relations in future. Musharraf stressed the need for strengthening ties between the two brotherly nations and extended his invitation to Ahmadinejad to visit Pakistan.

Describing the approach of his country towards Iran’s nuclear issue as being “quite transparent,” Musharraf said both Pakistani government and nation were against use of force and exerting pressures against countries. Musharraf stressed that any solution to the problem should fall within framework of the International Atomic Energy Agency. He further noted that his country would do its best to have Iran’s nuclear problem settled in the peaceful manner.

Re: Iran hails Pakistan's support on nuclear stance

Yeah, we should lend as much support to Iran as possible..

Re: Iran hails Pakistan's support on nuclear stance

The only reason Pakistan is doing is this is because Pakistan doesnt want enemies to the North(Afghanistan) And South(India). So Pakistani governemnt is extending its hand of friendship by supporting Irans nuclear stance. If Pakistan has bad ties with Iran then it will be pretty much surrounded with having bad ties on most ties.

And about China's fridnship. Think of it this way. Most of China's population is on the Eastern Chinese side. Not the side bordering with Pakistan. So there are relatively few chiense industries there. So the chinese area bordering Pakistan holds less importance. And simply China does not care for Pakistan that much as its not a major trading partner, or a strong powerfull ally.

india votes for the iaea resloution

The IAEA board opted to vote on the resolution rather than adopting it by consensus, its usual approach.

Russia and China, which both strongly opposed the motion, abstained. Venezuela was the only country to vote against it.

India, which had been against the resolution, voted for it.

Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had earlier phoned Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to urge him to be prepared to make concessions in order to avoid confrontation, India’s foreign ministry said

Re: Iran hails Pakistan's support on nuclear stance

blah blah blah spock... you little Musharraf's chamcha. You blidnly believe what the government feeds you . I guess you dont really go around questioning the information handed out by Pakistani governemnt which is notorious for fudging information.

Im just a Pakistani who wants a non corrupt government who will work all provinces not just punjab. And a government that will actually finish the projetcs supposed to be done. When i was in pindi CMH didnt have proper Incerators to dispose medical waste, so medcial waste was mixed with regular garbage. Do you know what kind of environmental hazards that could create. The gov't doesnt want to pay for necsecarry things like incerators.
Pakistan needs non-corrupt politicans to rule it and it needs equal represantion from all ethncities.
