this article provides a clues to potential nuclear proliferation.
Non-sense!
Well, even if Iran fears such a thing, Pakistan should do all that it can to allay Iran's fears. Iran is an important country in West Asia and it has links with both India and Russia. Our bid to move towards the US ( thats debatable though, we needed that on several occasions), the deplorable sectarian strife and our Afghan policy has already plagued our relations with Iran.
On a second note, Iran has nothing to fear from such a cooperation as it has the potential to go nuclear and also Pakistan's nuclear program isn't directed towards opposing Iranian hegemony in the region.

I am sick and tired of all this speculation. When the North Korea Nuclear story broke there was speculation that Pakistan was helping the Iranian Nuclear program as well.....
maybe we can give them a few as well..
that will allay their fears..
These speculations should be kept in check. With India always ready to breath down Pakistan's neck, extremists getting political power & war on terror going no where, the last thing Pakistan needs is international communities mistrust, especially on a sensitive issue like Nukes.
