Iqbal's Vision

I came across this article and thought I would share it with you.
What was Iqbal’s Vision of Pakistan and the kind of Islam in it. How did Iqbal view the system of Islam to be implemented?

Its in Urdu and in picture format but about religion therefore I am posting it here.

Why does Iqbal want to impose on us the rules he did not follow himself?

Here's a little scan from Dr. Javed Iqbal's book Apna Garebaan Chaak:

Iqbal was the greatest thinker of the last century in Islamic world. No doubt about it.

May Allah bless him with his mercy.

In the above article the second last verse is not about capitalism :D, instead Iqbal is actually refering Quran as the greatest asset or capital of a Momin. The writer did a good job overall but made a sharp mistake here.

I think the writer made a lot of sharp mistakes all through the article, to misinterpret Iqbal's views to confirm to his own.

How do we know if the mistake pointed out by smooth_guy is not deliberate misinformation to misguide people about Iqbal's views and popularize Mullahism in Pakistan.

Afterall, Molana Modoodi has allowed telling a lie to propagate 'Islamic Views'.

Hmmm...Since you seem qualified enough to critique people who spent thier lifetime being educated and educating, perhaps you can tell us how best to propagate Islam and ensure its optimacy...

pagal insaan you really seem pagal! First of all how can you judge any person by just quoting a paragraph from a book? We humans are not perfect. There was a time when I never prayed five times and my mother would always force me to and I would try to find ways to run away from salat (namaz). Alhamdulilah I have become punctual in prayer and may Allah make me- a sinful person, even better and others also.

Allah is the best judge. Prayer is between you and your Lord. Instead of having a closed mind about all the religious people and scholars, learn to think positively.

Do not see who is saying something, but do see what is he saying!

A lot of other people spent their lifetimes educating and being educated too, and they oppose your beloved author.
