Yeh shair kissi shauqeen mizaaj shaks ki tuk-bundi to ho saktay hain, lekin Ghalib, Iqbal aur Faraz kay nahi ho saktay.

Iqbal would be turning over in his grave like there is no tomorrow. Iqbal ki shairi itni bey-wazan, aur be-tukki nahi hai. All 3 shairs are off-key, and its almost disrespectful to associate these verses to these classic poets.

Albatta, Wasi Shah kay baray mein kuch nahi keh sakta.

I dont know for sure about the other two but Ghalib’s shair is in his dewaan.

یا وہ جگہ بتا دے جہان پر خدا نہ ہو

This is the correct version.....and it is Daagh Dehlvi's poetry.
Not sure about the other 2, but they are way off key.

Everytime I read this it kind of engulf me with the feel that why poets are into drinking this much?!?!
