BCCI does not provide security … it is the government of India that provides security on the request of BCCI. Now why would government of India provide security for players playing in a private league in India, they are not representing Pakistan. When Pakistan’s national side visits India it becomes imperative for them to provide security after all they are not in India because BCCI has invited them.
