This is so stupid…, imo the best thing that should have been is probably PCB should have pressured ICC to move the worldcup final fixture from Mumbai to any venue outside India & also ensure that all Pakistan matches & all possible Quarter-Final & Semifinal in which Pakistan could have featured to be moved outside India & there was a very legitimate argument for this …, the BCCI ambigous stance on the safety & VISA issuance was the basis of the ‘risk-mitigation’ which as claimed by the franchise owners as the basis of exclusion of Pakistani players from the IPL, based on this premise Indian authorities are not capable & impartial enough to hold any worldcup fixture where pakistan is involved.
