PAGING SOME1 - do you still think Irfan deserves a call back? I've seen you go on and on about Dhoni being impartial to Irfan and keeping him out. I have seen Irfan do absolutely nothing worthy in the domestic circuit (including IPL) to deserve a call up.

He is being smashed all over right now by RR's local Indian batters.

Loved the temperament shown by RR’s Menaria :k: He is definitely a good prospect for Team India in the coming years.

I agree :p I never cared much about IPL in the past years mainly because no one was telecasting it here in in the US. But this year I've seen most games, and must say the quality of cricket is pretty good. I am also impressed with the quality of the domestic Indian players - we will probably see some of them in the Indian team in the next few years.

you should have seen the domestic indian batters from RR smack him everywhere. comical..

really disappointed with delhi's selection stratergy this year... we only retained sehwag.. how can we let AB, dilshan, nannes, amit mishra, vettori and nehra go??? and we got finch, rao, AGARKAR, dinda, van der merwe and IRFAN to replace them? senseless stratergy at the auction and we are going to pay for it this year..

RR has also gone with a similar strategy retaining only Warne & Watson. However, their domestic players have really stepped up. And the acquisitions of Dravid (stability) and Ross Taylor (explosive hitting) have been master strokes.

RR seems to be going atleast to the semis this year....

with delhi.. nothing makes sense.. ppl they let go AND ppl they got in.. senseless..

bara hashyar hay tu :) well i was guilty of watching the game on Friday but that's all i have seen. I'll watch the semis and finals prob. Although, I wish they had pakistani players cauz I would have followed it religously like you guys are doing! anyways, enjoy man!

Morkel to Gilchrist, OUT, Gilchrist has holed out, what a tragedy for Punjab. Not the best ball to get a wicket. Full and angled into the pads, Gilchrist plays that trademark pick-up flick over backward square leg. *****v was prowling in the deep, ran back and to his right to pouch it. **Four years back, Gilly would have slammed that out of Punjab. Times have changed.
