I personally believe that America's agreement (or even funding?) for the IPI pipeline will be one of the inducements offered to Iran, in exchange for it dropping it's alleged nuclear weapons programme.

*DG KHAN: Sui gas pipeline originating from Dhodak plant was blown up with an explosive material near Taunsa Sharif on Saturday night following which the gas supply to Dera Ghazi Khan, Kot Addu, Taunsa Sharif, KAPCO power plant has been completely suspended.

The gas pipeline disruption occurred at about 8:30 pm on Saturday near Town Mangroth East, some 90 km from here toward northwest.


Rupture Confirmed**

Plant Manager at Dhodak confirmed the rupture of gas pipeline but said that it was not yet clear whether it was due to bomb blast or by rocket fire. The police, however, claimed that it was a terrorist activity.
