I was wondering do I need to buy universal plugs/ charger kit for my iphone while my trip to Saudia and Pakistan or my regular will charger work in Pakistan?
Your regular will work, but you need to buy an adapter to fit your charger into the wall sockets of Saudi and Pakistan. I bought a pack of three for six dollars from Amazon when I went from USA to Saudia for hajj. Worked perfectly fine

It is better that you buy a new charger because don't know the problems in other countries.
