how do i upgrade to ios 4.3 on my iphone 3gs??? i need whatsapp!!! but my phone only has up to 4.1

Have you tried to upgrade using iTunes?

That's the only way to upgrade the OS, via iTunes. But be very careful if upgrading, you'd loose your jailbreak.

it doesnt allow me to. ive got itunes but whenever i click on itunes store it saya unknown error occured. and to make sure network connection in active although my net is on.

is there another way to get watsapp??

I'm sorry to tell you but iTunes will make your life miserable. It is a horrible control freak and makes you do things you don't want to (much like some of the folks you describe in Life1). So the best thing to do at this time is to sell it. Yes, people in Pakistan LOVE iPhones as much as they love Bunto Kazmi. Then go and buy a good Android phone that will allow you to breathe.

Its simple attach your Iphone with ur PC start Itunes and just do it

Its so easy to use better than those pathetic androids smart phones out there

Androids are much easier Waleed. We’re not controlled by mama iTunes. But I guess it boils down to personal preferences.

Don’t click on iTunes store. When you have iTunes open and attach your iPhone to your computer using the cable it will show up in iTunes as a connected device. Click on it and it will give you the option of upgrading your phone.
But as I said previously it will upgrade to the 6.0 version which is going to make your phone very unusable. And not to mention that the phone won’t be jailbroken. If you are on AT&T then you don’t have to worry abot the last part.

iPhone 3gs still has an ok market. It should sell for about $150 on ebay.
