Inzi's 8000...

With 33 runs, more to go..this would definetly be one of the more critical landmarks in Inzamam’s career. More so because it would bring him within eyeing distance of the much revered 10,000 run landmark.

And Inzi should also be pretty close to 1000 Test runs in calendar year 2005. I hope he gets it, since that's a big achievement too.

He’s at 902 till end of test 2. So he needs 98 by end of this test to get his 1000 runs for 2005.

Dear Captain1. I know his stats, i can access cricinfo statsguru too Allah kay fazl-o-karam se. But thats not what i am talking about. I am talking about his runs for the year 2005. Please read carefully.

His runs in 2005 are: India -401, WI -167, and so far till test 2 -334.. i.e. 902 for the calender year 2005. Read brahmachari99’s post just before my post also.

I hope today when he comes back to bat he could first reach his 8000 runs mark and than 1000 runs in a calander year. InshAllah.
