Not marrying but seeing if she’s right, then getting to know her better, obviously the end result would be marriage, being a good Muslim means you don’t go for one night stands.

So why dont you do exactly that? Get to know her first and then decide whether you want a future with her or not. IMO now is not the time. Who knows maybe she herself backs out?
