You can marry a non-Pakistani. I have so many cousins who married outside. For now, it’s only the men who do that but I hope it will change 
There’s no older cousin available for marriage in the family, so we’re looking outside. As in really outside. International marriages LOL! The cousins have married from Canada, Brazil, Germany, England, Emirates, Korea, India and Sri Lanka.
In the end, though it’s you who will spend your life with your wife so don’t care about what the community thinks.
