1. I jog regularly, you breath through your nose and pace your breathing, Avoid breathing from your mouth as that dries your throat and cause you to cough and phlegm to build up. Talking is fairly easy, as long as you don’t misstep with your breathing you’re fine.

2. No doubt its normal, so how is that a question?
