For those living outside of Pakistan/India and considering ordering their invitations online, I just wanted to recommend 123weddingcards. I had a GREAT experience with them. Of course at first I was a bit hesitant ordering online, but the prices were just too good! So I ordered some samples and was pretty impressed with the quality. After a few emails we started to work on the card content. The company has a great staff who is eager to please. I must have asked for at least 15 changes on my proofs and they sent me updated edits within 12hrs without ever showing a sign of annoyance, and I hadn’t even committed to buying anything at this point! Once we finalized the proofs, I made my payment through paypal. I was told it would take about 2 weeks to process and 1 week for delivery, but exactly 1 week later the delivery guy was knocking on my door!
They don’t offer discounts, even for high volume, but their prices are so good you probably won’t care. After shipping and Canadian tax, my cards cost $2.50 which includes 2 inserts, a folder, an envelope, and a mailing envelope.
I can’t recommend them enough… I am so used to dealing with idiots… these guys were just amazing, excellent customer service and a very quality product! Everyone is loving my invites!
Also, if you are interested in DIY invitations, definitely check out The Paper Place. BEAUTIFUL collection of paper stock, great ideas, and decent prices. If I had the patience to do all that work I would definitely start here!

Hahah I know... I thought that too when I wrote it. And think that when I read other ppl write glorious reviews. But I'm genuinely very impressed with their service... all the other Indian/Pakistani vendors I've dealt have caused me so much drama. So many of them are rude, difficult, and it's so frustrating trying to communicate with them.
I guess I was expecting to exchange a few emails that would annoy me and the price wouldn't be worth the risk. But this company was just really easy to work with. So for those of you hesitant to order online invitations, I encourage you to order some samples and see what you get.
Of course! The actual cards looks sooo different since it is an ivory shimmery paper stock with raised gold print. Very simple and elegant.
This is the envelope, a delicate woven fabric:
This is the folder that holds the inserts:
And this is one of the proofs of the inserts they sent me. The bottom one is the wedding card, and the top one is the valima card with some modifications. For the valima card I had them put the border (minus the first column on the left) on both sides with one mid size watermark of our initials in the middle.
Most places can produce a beautiful wedding card. It’s up to you to guide them to create it. When I ordered my card, it was just a blank shimmer paper. I’m recommending them because their service was excellent. Quick replies with info, samples, proofs, whatever. And they treated me well.
If anyone else knows of some sites or boutiques for invitations, please share. And mention your experience... cause good service is REALLY important! I'm no bridezilla, but I can't work with people that don't have the time to treat me well.
I'm sure someone searching for this thread will find it useful.
The pictures are showing? I just see blank space where the pics are supposed to be. No spaces, I copied and pasted the link exactly as the uploader gave it to me.
