What is the best investment to make a small sum of around £5000 into something more substantial, without a high risk involved? any regular business advice.

ERM those number draw thingys- what do they calll it something 'bouncy' i dunno but thats how people becaem lakhairs in my family!..or simply buy a zameen in a developing area & leave it for a couple of years and you'll make fast track cash there.
