Yes there are many funds that trade specifically in Asian Equities. Though I notice that the growth rates in these funds is dissapointing to say the least. For example, teh RBC Asian Equity Fund has growth rate of 7.4% since inception. Not exactly going to knock you over with that.
BTW I would be VERY reluctant to ever invest any money in the KSE, its boom is due to extremely poor regulation and has very little to do with actual financial growth from everything that I've heard. I would say keep any Asian investments to Japan, South Korea and perhaps China.
