HI dear all Salamz 
So i have a little saving and thought of buying a reasnable sized and affordable appartment in karachi.
The problem is i am not really familiar with karachi and have been there only twice and loved the city!
I dont have family or friends living there but thought it would be nice having my own place if i ever go and visit there.
Can anyone suggest me good and safe areas ? I have been reading a lot about land robbers and is it true that buying a place in gulshan iqbal and jauhar is a big no no ? and that buying there would be a huge risk that the lands or appartments documents are manipulated ?
I am aware of the corruption in pakistan but maybe i am not that much aware when it comes in buying an appartment.
what do i need to do , what is required once you make the payment? I cant reallyfind much information about this.
Is it true or well does problem arise when you are living outside of pakistan mostly throughout the year and paying city tax and such ?
Will robbers claim your house as their own ?how big is the chance for such a thing to happen ?
can anyone recommend me good areas close to shops and markets ?
what are your ideas about tariq road ? isnt zamzama a little bit away and quiet from other main connecting areas , how is the night life and safety around creek visa and sea view ? are most of the appartments in that building complex empty ?
which areas can you recommend me ?
