I used to meditate on the Sufi principle of taming the ego, you do that by doing breathing exercises and praying 5x a day and contemplation of Allah. Helps a lot, after a while you begin to think like how you have trained your body and mind. Really interesting.

MCpendo that sounds really nice…could you give us some tips on how to achieve that please.
