Actually the context of the thoughts does not matter.
Its the frequency of the thoughts and the degree of disturbness they cause which distincts a ‘healthy’ person from a ‘troublesome’.

In my case I don’t dismiss them & they are very frequent too.But I just dont even bother trying to dismiss them anymore.
